Freecycle
Freecycle - Get and Give stuff for FREE - Started by a man in Tucson. The first group was 30 people offering and taking free items to keep them out of the landfills. Now there are 1,943 cities all over the world that are freecycling with over 719,867 people as part of the network. When you got to www.freecycle.org you will find a listing of all participating freecycle clubs. These email lists generate a lot of email so if you sign up select daily digest. And if possible use a alternate email address like @yahoo.com. Can't hurt to try to keep some useable things out of landfills.
